On September 13 (Sat) and 14 (Sun), 2025, the University of Tokyo participated in the Study in Japan booth together with partner universities and institutions at “Mela! Mela! Anime Japan!! 2025” held in Delhi, India.

The booth welcomed many visitors, including young people interested in Japanese anime and pop culture, as well as students considering higher education in Japan, their parents, and educators. We provided information about the University’s programs, scholarship opportunities, and campus life, offering a valuable opportunity to broadly introduce the possibilities of studying in Japan.

Through this event, we were able to further enhance interest in studying in Japan, making it a highly meaningful occasion that will also contribute to strengthening exchanges with the South Asia region in the future.
